We used this company to transport our furniture from Florida to Collingwood and it was a complete disaster. Movers arrived without enough wrapping blankets. Our $5000 white sofa was dragged unprotected. After submitting a damage claim for $5200, they mailed us a check for $19.

We are beyond disappointed with AMS and had we known our moving company was going to use them, we would never have gone with them. There is zero communication or accountability. No one knows when our stuff is or when we will get it.

Movers arrived, one guy in his late 70’s and young guy, both who spent the whole time complaining about how bad it is working for AMS. They were supposed to use temp carpets for wet trolley wheels but didn’t. Furniture arrived 2 days later with scuffs and a missing TV.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They are misleading and not a professional full-service mover. They do not have better prices. They will only accept cash or certified check because they don’t want to have arguments later and bills challenged

Because of the outstanding assistance I received during my transfer, I would recommend this company without hesitation to anybody.

Since loading, working with AMS has been a total nightmare. They failed in knowing how big the truck should be, and made me pay for a 2nd truck. Still today I’m sleeping on the floor with my kids and my things haven’t arrived to Florida

When this showed up to our workplace to look into the strange things, we didn’t have any grounds to doubt their competence.

The movers did an incredible job. They finished their work early, exceeded expectations, and didn’t even break for lunch. They wrapped our bulky furniture in blankets and plastic with wonderful care. They were very kind that they even helped me relocate some stuff.
